Event Schedule
Description
The 25K dirt road course starts at Thompson Park in the quaint and historic mining town of Marble. Rounding Beaver Lake, you will climb 2,900 vertical feet over approximately 4 miles into the beautiful Lead King Basin. Here you will traverse at 10,000 feet before rolling down past waterfalls, through the old mining town of Crystal, and pass the famous 110-year-old Crystal Mill to then climb out of the river valley and scream back down Daniel’s Hill to the finish line.

Lunch
Lunch provided by Slow Groovin BBQ. This year we are doing to-go boxes. Runners 21 and over also receive one free beer per entry. Additional lunches can be purchased.
Personal Items
You can send personal items to aid stations with the volunteers (ie. socks, food, jacket, fluids, etc). Please drop off items in clearly labeled bags at Thompson Park registration by race time.
Aid Stations
There will be 5 aid stations on course, each equipped with minor 1st aid supplies, water, sports drinks, and energy gel. There will be EMT support at Thompson Park.
Awards
The top three finishers in each age group (20's through 70's in 10 year increments)will receive prizes. (Hikers/walkers will be timed but are not eligible for age group prizes)
Results
All results are timed. Results will be posted at the event and online. Check our results page.
Prize Drawing
All participants will be entered in the drawing for great prizes.
